I have seen a huge rise in current tenants and new national retailers looking to lease space in Jonesboro. I seen that our state’s unemployment rate remained steady at 7.4% for January, while Jonesboro remained about two points lower than the state and even more than national numbers. Just tonight, I worked until after dark helping a local business owner expand their presence in Jonesboro. Rental rates have remained a lot more steady than the national retail market.
