Commercial Real Estate Outlook Jonesboro Arkansas

My partner Greg has left to attend Atlanta’s International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) to speak to several restaurants and retailers about possibilities for our clients. We will be presenting the NEA Stadium property where Red Lobster and Longhorn’s Steakhouse will be locating as well as the Fairgrounds development and several other commercial listings we are representing. We will be the only company from Northeast Arkansas at this conference, which is a huge opportunity for our clients and ultimately Jonesboro.

I would also like to share how encouraged about Jonesboro I am. Last week, I attended a Power Breakfast in which Dr. Woodruff, MD, Darrell King, CEO, and Scott Childers, Assistant Administrator, spoke about the new NEA Baptist Clinic Integrated Healthcare Campus on Highway 49 North in Jonesboro. From what I understand, it will be the single largest investment in the history of Arkansas. I have driven the new campus a few times over the course of the last couple weeks and it is truly amazing! It will definitely change everything in a great way for our area. With all of this in mind, Jonesboro is and will continue to be a great area to invest in commercial real estate. This is the reason there are so many national restaurants, retailers, and industries expanding to our area.
